ABOUT THE NANJING 2016 CONFERENCE
This conference builds on the seven previous China Tourism Conferences organized by the Commission on Tourism Geography of the Geographical Society of China. The most recent of these was the conference on Peripheral Landscapes and Frontiers in Tourism Research, 20-22 September 2013, Kanas N.P., Xinjiang, China.

It is also one in a long series of pre-conferences meeting organized by the Commission on Tourism, Leisure and Global Change of the International Geographical Union, and is the ninth meeting of the Tourism Outlook Conference series, organized by the Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia.
