IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DATES
  • Now - Early Registration Open
  • 10 September​ - Early Registration Ends; Regular Registration Begins
  • 20 September - Registration Ends - no registrations will be accepted  after this date 
    • Only participants who are registered and paid by this date will be included in the conference program​

Registration Fee includes
  • The inauguration session and all technical sessions
  • Breakfast and lunch on Oct 3-5, and refreshment during paper session coffee breaks and after the closing session on October 5
  • The conference gala dinner on October 3
  • Conference program packet
  • Conference attendance certificate
  • A welcome reception on the evening of October 2
    (note: the welcome reception is not included in the Domestic Student registration)
For International Participants Only, the registration fee includes
  • A conference field trip with a Turkey theme  dinner and entertainment on October 4
  • Transport from the local accommodations of participants to conference venue 
Notes:
1. The registration fee does not include accommodations and airport transfers.
2. Domestic participants may register at the international rate to receive the additional field trip and local transportation  benefits.
