This is a clarification on the two paper due dates for the Lombok Conference.
(1) Conference participants who have submitted their Conference Registration and payment by July 1st will have their abstracts included in the Pre-Conference Proceedings (digital).*
(2) Conference participants who have submitted their Conference Registration and payment by July 1st will have their Full Papers included in the Pre-Conference Proceedings (digital).*
(3) All full papers received by July 31st from conference participants will be reviewed by the conference committee for inclusion in the Post-Conference Proceedings book.
* We recognize that some participants have made arrangements to pay after July 1st.
This is a clarification on the two paper due dates for the Lombok Conference.
(1) Conference participants who have submitted their Conference Registration and payment by July 1st will have their abstracts included in the Pre-Conference Proceedings (digital).*
- These abstracts will be edited for grammar and will also be included in the Post-Conference Proceedings (book).
(2) Conference participants who have submitted their Conference Registration and payment by July 1st will have their Full Papers included in the Pre-Conference Proceedings (digital).*
- These papers will not be edited for grammar.
(3) All full papers received by July 31st from conference participants will be reviewed by the conference committee for inclusion in the Post-Conference Proceedings book.
- This review will not be done until after July 31st.
- Most authors will probably be required to pay for addition copy editing of their papers (to fix grammar) before they will be accepted by the publisher.
- The conference committee might also request some additional changes to clarify research questions, methodology and conclusions for some papers.
* We recognize that some participants have made arrangements to pay after July 1st.
DATE: 20 June 2015
(1) All Abstract Have Been Accepted for Presentation at the Conference. This was announced in the first conference announcement on June 3rd, but not all participants received that. Also mentioned in that earlier email -- if you require a Letter of Acceptance for your abstract, please send me an email to request that ([email protected]).
(2) IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE: To include your abstract in the Conference Program, we must receive the conference registration form for the author who will present the paper by July 1st.
- This change from the original date is due to unanticipated printing issues related to Ramadan. If we do not received your registration by July 1st, we will not include your abstract in the program.
- Non-presenting participants may register as late at July 15th, though we encourage earlier registration.
- Your registration payment can be separate from your registration form. As announced earlier, payment for your Early Registration form (for international participants) must be received by July 1st. Payment for the Regular Registration (all participants) must be received by July 15th,
(3) Please see the conference website for full information

- Abstracts and Papers: http://www.igutourism.org/registration-l15.html
Note that International Registrations are processed by Northern Arizona University (NAU). Domestic registrations are processed by the University of Mataram (UNRAM, [email protected]).

TO: Tropical Tourism Outlook Conference 2015 participants
Welcome to Lombok2015 - the email list for the Tropical Tourism Outlook Conference, 29-31 July 2015, Lombok, Indonesia
You were placed on this list because either (1) your name was on an abstract submitted to the conference, or (2) you signed up for the conference email list on the conference website. If you wish to be removed from this list, just send me an email request.
A few email addresses that were submitted on the abstracts were not valid, and some authors on abstracts did not have email addresses associated with their names. Therefore, you should contact your abstract co-authors to make sure that they received this important announcement.
ABSTRACTS
We received 109 abstracts for the conference, which is much more than we expected. Fortunately, we were able to adjust our draft program schedule and we will be able to accommodate all of the abstracts that were submitted. You can, therefore, consider your abstract as being accepted for presentation at the conference.
You may, however, be still be required to revise your abstract before we will include in the conference proceedings. All abstracts are currently undergoing peer review. (Because almost everyone requested peer review, we decided to submit all of the abstracts to that process.) We will be emailing reviewer and conference committee comments to you soon. Revised abstracts may be required to improve the English grammar and to more clearly explain your research problem and results.
FULL PAPERS
Because of the large number of abstracts that we received, we have made some changes to the Full Paper Submission instructions. We have removed the June 15th due date for papers for consideration for the Best Paper Award. Instead, all Full Papers that are received by July 1st will be (1) included in the the Pre-Conference digital Proceedings, and (2) will be considered for the Best Paper Award.
Even if you do not submit a Full Paper by July 1st, you can still submit a Full Paper by July 31st for inclusion in the Post-Conference Proceedings Book (to be published by Springer). Full information on this can be found on the conference website: www.igutourism.org/abstracts-l15.html
On behalf of the conference committee, I want to thank you for your interest in the Tropical Tourism Outlook Conference and we look forward to seeing you in Lombok.
Cheers, Alan
